At JIMCORBETONLINE, our priority is delivering an amazing safari experience as expected by our customers. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or change your booking. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms associated with cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings made via our website.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations 7+ Days Prior to Safari Date: A full refund will be provided, minus a USD$220/per person booking fee.
- Cancellations Within 7 Days of Safari Date: No refund will be issued, as permits and other arrangements will have been finalized.
- Cancellations on the Day of Safari: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made on the same day as the safari.
2. Modifications to Booking
- Changes in Dates/Times: Changes to the safari date or time must be requested at least 7 days prior to the booking date, subject to availability and clearance by forest authorities.
- Zone Preferences: While we try to allocate your preferred zone, final safari zone allocations are determined by forest authorities based on availability. We cannot guarantee changes to zone preferences.
3. Cancellation by JIMCORBETONLINE
- National Park Closure or Government Regulations: In cases where we are required to cancel your safari due to external conditions (such as park closure or government regulations), you will be given the following options:
- Refund: A full refund of the total amount paid.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your safari to an alternative date and time, subject to availability.
4. Non-Refundable Components
The following items are non-refundable:
- Government permit fees
- Processing charges
- Bank payment gateway charges
These charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Refund Process
- Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days. All amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Payment Delays: Due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bank processing time), there may be delays in receiving your refund. If you do not see your refund within 10 days, please contact us.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the designated meeting point on time, no refund will be provided. Safari timings are fixed, and we urge you to be punctual to avoid impacting the safari experience.
7. Force Majeure
JIMCORBETONLINE is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.). Refunds or rebooking options are at the discretion of the vendor and in accordance with park guidelines.
