• Advance Booking: All bookings must be made in advance, and full payment confirms the booking.
• Zone Allocation: We endeavor to provide the zone of your choice, but final allocation is determined by forest authorities and availability.
• Booking Information: Accurate personal details (name, phone number) must be provided when booking. Incorrect details may result in entry denial.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Safari pricing is listed on our site, inclusive of permits, guide costs, and taxes.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via online bank transfers, credit cards, and other listed payment methods.
• Payment in Full: Full payment is required to confirm bookings. If payment is not made, the booking will be canceled.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation by You: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled safari. Cancellations within 7 days will not be refunded.
• Cancellation by Us: If circumstances beyond our control lead to cancellation (e.g., park closure, weather conditions), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
• Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 days after a cancellation request.

5. Safari Norms and Constraints

• Maximum Capacity: Gypsy Safari can accommodate 6 adults, and Maxi cabs can accommodate 8 passengers.
• Safety Instructions: Follow the directions of field guides and drivers. Violating park rules may result in immediate termination without a refund.
• Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and littering are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in sanctions or fines.

6. Wildlife Sightings

• No Guarantee: Wildlife sightings, including Bengal tigers and elephants, are not guaranteed. Wildlife moves freely in its natural habitat.

7. Limitation of Liability

Risk Acknowledgment: Participating in safaris involves risks. JIMCORBETONLINE is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages during the safari. You agree to release JIMCORBETONLINE from any claims related to the safari experience.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to change or discontinue services (including prices, availability, and safari zones) without notice. You will be notified in case of any significant changes before your safari.
